    Stupid question about ToAU

    Hello all....new to the forums here...I used to have a char on Kujata for over a year and quit back in September of last year. A couple of friends are getting FFXI for 360 on the 18th and I was thinking about making a new guy and helping them thru stuff..my question is I've been looking all over and was wondering are they making new servers that r 360 specific or is everyone getting thrown onto the current servers. I would love to start a clean slate somewhere new it would be interesting. I saw Hydra was the beta server but is now down if anyone has any info wether there will be new servers or a how many new servers if any please let me know....thanks a lot..

    They will be migrated to the current servers available.

        I was just curious because I read someone saying Hydra was gonna be opened to the public upon release was just curious what the validity of that was and PS I ninja edited that crappy red once I saw it was blinding even myself....

          There's no such thing as a complete start outside of beta tests anymore. Every time they start a new server for non-beta use, they put World Shifters in all the other worlds, allowing people to transfer to the new servers and bring their items and experience with them. There are no country or platform-specific servers either, since all non-beta PlayOnline accounts can be used with a version of the software from any region and for any platform. Japan got the only true clean start in May of 2002.

            Any world shifters now? I have a friend that would love to join me in Unicorn and bring is NIN60 with...

                They probably won't migrate untill after they see how things balance out with an influx of 360 users.
