What are BCNMS?

Ive heard this term before a few times. From what I know, at a certain level, you can somehow use beastman's seals to open up an instanced area to fight waves of monsters.

Can anyone plz elaborate on what this is exactly? A Quest? A Mission? Side Quest? What level can I start doing it? What kind of party (or how many people) would I need with me? HOw many times can you do this? Do only certain items drop from monsters in there? Is there a main boss to fight, or just a bunch of monsters?

Thanks in advance, these questions have been buggin me in the back of my head ever since i started playing this game.

One quick question though. In most of the level 20 BCNMs, it says there are three types of monsters, at x1 each, does that mean that there are 3 monsters in the dungeon total?

Thanks so much, another question i thought of that i couldnt find was , when you finish (kill all the mobs) are you still on a timer? or do you have as long as you need to look at the items won?
