Question for People using/have used JPN FFXI/POL

On the JPN ver of POL, under 'Service & Support', there are about 8-9 options. The lower-right option takes yiou to a screen that then takes you to another screen with a couple buttons at the bottom of the page. The button that says 'Password (something)'. I believe it is the 3rd button from the left. Anyway, it takes you to a screen that asks you to choose a security question and to type an answer to it (very similar to anything you would create a account for... e.g. pets name, favorite food, elementary school attended, etc.) This question and answer, if answered correctly will have POL support email you your POL password to your POL mail account.

Here is where the question lies...

Does anyone that has the JPN ver of FFXI/POL ever remember creating this question/answer? Ive tried every question, with every answer I could ever imagine. Ive tried the answers even in english text and in katakana and hiragana.

Me either. And thats the odd thing. how am I suppose to use this convenient feature if I never set it up prior to use it;
