Help can't get ID

I bought a used game off a friend who hasn't played in years, and he has the Playonline ID and P-werd written in and the ID is right, but the word is wrong, he doesn't remember it, and I can't create a new one with the same registration codes..... what should I do?

You should do a search for the answer to this question that was asked less than a week ago. but that's just my opinion...
