Im just wondering how do i unlock mission 2-1.

You complete Missions 1-1 through 1-3.

then, you goto Menu>Status>Profile and look at your Rank Meter. If it isn't full, go farm/buy some crystals [doesn't matter what kind] and Trade them to the same guy that gives you Signet.

Then, after your meter is full, try to get 2-1 again. Same goes for all future Rank-Up missions.

^Ok thank you, i should of mentioned that i had rank 2 already but its semi ovious.
