Where are screenshots saved?

What folder are teh playonline walpapers in and are they ina readable format? Want to se them on my desktop and PSP wallpaper

i believe the wallpapers are somewhere in your users/home001 directory. poke around there.

they are jpg iirc so yes they are readable.

They're PNG files in one of the folders (not at my computer with POL installed right now), and they aren't directly openable in another program, probably do to additional information like the picture name and game icon being contained in the file. I tinkered with POL a few weeks ago and found out how to implant BGM (like from Front Mission Online) and wallpapers that are only available in the JP client in my US client. I actually hit the max of 99 wallpapers in my JP client before having downloaded them all...

bungiefan is right. I took a poke at them and they are indeed PNG files but unviewable by windows picture viewer.

Since I have the JP client for POL Viewer, I have access to the extra wallpapers (for the dozen or so games) that are only in their download list. I had to upload it to yousendit.com for somone, so I figure the rest of the download slots should go to use. POL Viewer will only allow 99 wallpapers in the list at a time, and there's more than that available in the JP POL, so I may not have all the exclusive ones in this file. I think I covered it though.

Put the files in:

PlayOnlineViewer/usr/home##/download/wallpaper/

## is variable depending on the user. Make sure you don't have more than 99 files in that directory.

I tried Irfanview but it can't view them either sadly any1 know of program that can?? plz.

Hi all, I just got this game a week ago so I'm still figuring it out.. I found my screenshots, but they're really small even at 100%. Is there any way to keep them in their original 1280x1024 format?

I don't think so... use some other program (Fraps, windower, etc) or something to take screenshots (but we don't support that now do we ;])

I'll check those out - but do they have the possibility of getting me booted from the game? I've read about the GM Thunderaan debacle and would rather not have that happen. I just want some full size screens.

Well Fraps for sure won't get you kicked... windower is suspendable/bannable, however, there's no way for them to know that you are using it unless you go around talking about it ingame
