diorama?

I recently installed CoP and was looking around Ru'Lude for a way to continue the CoP storyline, when I bump into an NPC that gives Dioramas for 100 ballista points on a schedualed time. I looked through all the NPC had to say, but I still have some questions that I can't find...

1)How exactly does a red book/white book work?
2)How would I get to the diorama in Ghelsba Outpost?

Red Book and White Book are obtained when reserving the Diorama. Once you reserve it you'll get either the red book or the white book (Only difference I've noticed is that you get the red if you reserve it for 2 days in advance, white book if you reserve it immediately but I could be wrong on that.) Once you receive the book, you can use it and it will make a White/Redbook Page. Hand this to whoever and then they can make copies of it and distribute them. Trade a Whitebook page to the guy in Rulude and he'll tele you to diorama.
