Registering problem

Hello,
I am quite new player and i have some problems on start...
When i am registering in PlayOnline Viewer everything looks to be cool. When I must write my email pol password and click next they say...(please look) http://img386.imageshack.us/img386/4563/error9dl.jpg
It really make me mad. I tried 10hours later and nothing changes. Can someone tell me what shall i do?

Either the registration servers were down for some reason or there's another problem. There's several possibilities, but you need to give us a total recount of what you were doing, from beginning and up to this point so that we may better assist you.

(omg I sound like a support tech at SE ;_; )

-Mistyped POL registration code
-Incorrect POL account password entered
-You did not complete or correctly fill in the required fields prior to this screen (or the action you committed to get to this screen)

Try to make sure everything you have in your hands is complete and accurate. Problems may occur with registration codes, so please double check to see if you've entered them properly.

PRO TIP:

An "O" (Oh) may be a "0" (Zero) or a "Q" (Kyuu) A "C" (See) might also be an "O" (Oh), "0" (Zero) or a "Q" (Kyuu) if the print was smudgy. Please try to make sure that each and every instance of the code is clearly printed and that you handle your registration codes with care. In the event that the code was printed in error and you've figured out what the code really is suppose to be, please make note of this on the registration code card or somewhere where you will remember for the next time.
