Fellowship System

Heya, I've just returned to the game and I've read all the in character info about it but i still have no clue when you can get a fellow or how. If anyone has more information could you please let me know.

once you are rank 4, you can go to jeuno and do a quest to get your npc fellow. there is a guide (stickied) on these forums that explains how to complete the quest
