I live in the GMT (time zone) and it says the payment/reactivation etc etc etc system should be up and yet its not?

Just keep getting the same message, servers down for maintance will be up at WEDS 23:00 PST

and yet their not, also says on the infomation section that they are back up.

hmm ur title is half english and half french..not to sure if that was anted but u wont get much awnser cuz of that i guess..and i guess u already solved ur problem by umm,waiting? patience is the key in many problems unless if the problem persist than u can go insane and >.<
