Canadian Fee?

I am wondering what is the necessary fee in Canadian dollars to play the game.
Somewhere I read that it cost $30 CDN to play but then it is $12.95 U.S. Shouldn't the cost be $15.46 CDN then?
Also does the fee include GST and/or PST?
Can someone please confirm. Thanks in advance.

I payed about $26 with tetramaster and about 4 active content IDs

im from canada and its around 16$ just for the account no character yet and no tetra,get 1 char it cost u around 17 $ a month
