Registeration codes

Me and my gf have decided to start over again in FF XI. But when we tried to register on Play online it said that the registeration code is invalid, both our codes. Coincidence? I think not!

Help would be apreciated.

if you already set up POL accounts before, you don't need to register again. just hit the (returning members) button.

but unfortunatly neither of us can remember our passwords .... all we have is the registeration codes

heh, then i guess give POL a call/email.

I guess... but I find it kind of...crappy of them if they expect us to buy a fresh copy every time we stop playing for a while

POL or content ID?

POL get to the reg screen and it just comes up "invalid reg code" :/
