possible to change COP registration to differ account?

ok so i got 2 FFXI account (ones mine other is my uncle) and 1 COP expansion... is it possible to cancel the COP registration on 1 account and than register it on the other account?

I dont beleive so, call playonline and ask them. I doubt it but its worth a shot.
