FFXIOnline RPG Question

I just started toying with the RPG feature of the site. When I'm in a battle it gives me the option to attack with firsts, weapon, cast a spell and so on. But how do I get my hands on a potion or a spell? Do you just learn a spell at a certain level or do I have to buy them?

I tried looking for a RPG FAQ but didn't find one. IF there is one, could somebody point me to it. Thank you!

I'm pretty confused as well. I toyed around with it for an hour or so and made it to level 11 before the server crash, now I'm back to like level 2...

spells havent been added

items dont work (spend 200 on a healing potion, did nothing )

for now it's more of a skeleton of a game waiting to be implemented, than an actual game.

however if you want to challenge me i'll fight you :-D

I think I got to Lv.4 before it was reset. I didn't realize how it worked then at first either. I didn't realize that you got EXP and gil for each post you made. I spent all my gil at the Healing shop and didn't know how to get more. lol

I tried that training bot last night, and I came really close to killing it twice. (17HP & 21HP) Once I buy a much better weapon, I'm going to go kick that thing's butt!
