Mob .dats

Is there a program that I can use to view the mobs? I want to paste a Hillary Clinton face on a Heraldic Imp for my girlfriend's sig picture. I've only tried POLUtils so far and I haven't gotten through all the .dats yet, but even so, the images are not really useful for what I want to do. I'm looking for something that will let view mobs like Altana View does with PCs. Does such a program exist? Thanks.

Umm, so yeah. I realized I can go into the NPC tab in Altana to get mob pics.

If you want a specific pose in a specific frame i prefer modelviewer for screenshots.
