  • .DAT editing on PS2

Okay, so...a few years ago, there was a few posts about this in a .DAT thread and I never understood what to do. But now I got it. My PS2 HDD is in a slave slot and my computer reads it, with a program called WinHiip. But I can't actually view the folders or files on my HDD, 'cause there's no where to see it. There's gotta be a way. Maybe I don't have the slave part setup right? Do I gotta do something in my Window setup? Someone's gotta know, please help me out. I really wanna swap some stuff. All I need to know is how to see the content inside of my HDD...thanks!

As far as I know (don't quote me), .dat swaps are only really possible on the PC version, because of the way the PS2 and 360 store files.

Nope. It's possible. We already went over this about two years ago. But I never got it to work. I hope the person I'm refering to will see this thread.

So, it's possible, but you've never been able to manage it. Well, best of luck.
