I can't find a way to get ToAU BGM music to display in Altanaview. Anyone know a fixit for this, or is it simply so low-priority nobody has bothered to work on it?

Its, using a Different codec, I forget what, AAC I think, there is nothing you can do, unless Altana Becomse updated to play it.Join Us at FFXI Mod Community! A great site for support! Hmm...anything I can do to help with the updating? I'm not brave enough to break into the program myself, but if someone knows how to, I can give them a list of what to put where.

Nope, TAU music is encoded differently.
Back when it first came out, someone found a way to decrypt them into wavs, and I turned the wavs back into NORMAL .bgws for people that were having trouble with TAU music, but some mod here removed it for being copyrighted material or something, and because of a lack of activity they were removed from filefront. You might have some luck asking about this around BlueGartr or Windower forums.Comment

Those bgws play at the wrong speed (and trying to speed them up crashes WinAmp) when using in_ffxi.dll, not sure what causes that. Haven't tried them in-game, which is I presume the main point of them.
