Ranger pimp hat?

I have the dat file for the modified Ranger AF Hat. It looks like the RDM Pimp hat... except it's green.

My request is kinda simple... can someone replace the long white feather of the "pimp hat" and put it on RNG's gonja looking feather instead? :D
