Problem with the Curilla Head

I just downloaded this and was all excited to have a cool looking head. I switch out that .DAT for a seldom used Elvaan F. Head (F7-A) and looked at it in the Model Viewer. It worked! Yay!

I load up the game and get this:



Not yay! Any suggestions?

The texture header has a wrong texture size.
