Is this a DAT or part of the armor?

While waiting for the airship in Jeuno I noticed this Mithra with markings on her arms. It was strange because I never seen it before, and I was curious if it was part of the armor or maybe a dat. The player couldn't understand my question, because she was Japanese.

So I am hoping that maybe someone here could help me, because I really liked how it looked. See attachments.

It's an Igqira (sp?) Weskit, which is a high-end, high-priced piece of BLM armor (with some pretty sweet attributes on it too).

She's wearing an Iqgira Weskit, the only piece of armor that has tattoo markings on it.

I'm not sure about that high priced part anymore, on Midgad, it's only 700k-800k or so

and btw, any .dats you mod dont show up on other ppl's screens... even if she had modded that, you couldnt see it.

Okay. I wasn't for sure. Looks like a little incentive to want to level BLM though, instead of stopping at 37.
