The Mithra face 5-B?

I am extremely new to this kinda thing and would like to know how to switch this face http://www.deviantart.com/view/29994129/ onto that mithra model.

I have downloaded the file and I just need help figuring out where to put it.

It should be 1-51-103. To find out in the future all you have to do is download the Model Viewer and you can find out easily using that
