Chunin/Jonin

This my first real attempt at .dat modifying. No real change to the actual model, mostly just reskinning. This is supposed to be somewhat of a Chunin or Jonin from Naruto. Any feedback is appreciated.

The body armor is actually the Beast Jackcoat. I just got rid of the waist flaps.
