well a few things could have happened....
1) you deleted or attempted to add something using metasequiea
2) the model is for another race
3) did one of the other things that can cause the model to be messed up using meta.
meta does (mainly) only one thing...lets you MOVE the points...pretty much anything else (besides UV mapping) isnt recommended.
odds are you deleted a point, or tried to add one though.

Yeah, like dabaking said Metasequoia is for UV Mapping and Vertex moving only. You can't add vertex's, you can't add textures, you can't combine textures, you can't delete textures, you can't separate textures, etc...
If you wanted to add stuff then you use VRS and ChangeText depending what you wanted.
The messed up texture almost looks like it's the Demon Harness that was created for Hume Male.
