REQUEST: HumeF RDM AF2 Feet to Mithra conversion

After about 5 hours or struggling with VRS I have decided to throw the towel in for now. Could someone with a better working knowledge of VRS please convert the HumeF AF2 feet to Mithra for me.

Also, if anyone has a step by step guide i could reference so that i can do this for myself in the future I would much appreciate a the link to a tutorial.
