NPC head on PC char! HELP ME OUT!!

OK OK OK!!! I Need major help!! I'm trying to make a video short and I need to switch a female elvaans head with Ulmia's head from COP. Here's her pic http://www.ffcompendium.com/chara/11-ulmia.jpg
I dont need it to be full functional with emotes or anything (unless its possible). I just phsicially need to have her head on a body I can control >< PLEASE HELP ME!!! I really need this!!

I beleave some one did the head .dat unless your talking about something else. I can look around

I ported the Head of Ulmia from the NPC to female Elvaan.
And since it she was nearly complete ready for emotions
i made the little things left too. So she can do all the emotions.

I just used VRS, Changetex and the Model Viewer. The first plan was to only make
an emotionless head but i decided the other way when i saw her skeleton.
It was easy to do the emotions because Ulmia uses nearly the same skeleton as
the female Elvaan. I only had to edit 20 skeleton weights.

Yeah, VRS is an awsome tool. You can port almost anything from NPC to PCs pretty easily. Usually the only monatinous task is having to set the skeleton weights. If you are lucky some models ports between eachother just fine and have to only set 1 or 2 skeleton weights. If you arn't lucky then sometimes you have to reset almost all the weights.

Can port weapons and shields between races very easily as well, weapons and shields is only a matter of resizing, positioning, and setting to the right skeleton weight (Weapons and shield use only 1 skeleton weight each so they are insainly easy.)
