mithra hair tutorial plz?

hi, i just joined a little while ago, and got realli interested in DAT making.
i can draw a bit so i know what i want to make but VRS(and others) are too confusing.
i heard i can edit stuff in photoshop so that's the onli thing i know how to do.
i dont know how hair works, especially with the ears so if someone can, can they make a brief tutorial on it for me? >.< i would request it(the hair) but i dont want to be a beggar4 life with too many hairstyles to ask for >_<

Well there are tutorials on how to use many of the programs to edit stuff. Depending what you are planning to do with the hair determines what you'll need to know in the tutorial.

If it's to add to the hair creating more hair strands or something like that then could be VRS you'll need info on. If it's just a recoloring or adding some graphic then it's knowing how to get the images out of the .dds files to alter.
