The houppelande is there as well as a edit to the blonde hume that you probably dont care for, read the readme.txt, i dont have the weskit uploaded tho

I wouldn't be porting the model, what I would do is use VRS to open a male cloak cut everything from it but the arms, open the arms in photoshop, repaint to look like the weskit, then open the sleves back up and place it on the weskit :D No having to convert the dat from Mithra to hume. If you would like I can do it so you can see what it would look like. Let me know :D

I don't have those problems in the model viewer 1.01.
Have you tried it ingame?
Have you tried to download it again?
Have you tried to extract the DDS with changetext an see if it is broken?
