Another Black box?

I have no idea if Cactrot Rapido is just the standard sabotender mob .dat or has his own personal one, but if hes got his own special dat would it be possible to find it, clip the trailing dust cloud off like we've done with the avatar's glow and the Gm's shimmer to attach to players?

It's a standard Cactaur my guess, similar to how all other NMs are just a standard mob only larger in size. And the dust cloud is prolly a seperate file as well, closer to a magic spell then a added effect to a character.
