I'm sure some still like using this and miss it since the old version messesup new animations like Blue magic (heard it messesup sheild block too?)

These are new update old mithra sit style .DAT's so you won't be missing those.

yay! i missed this, i was kinna annoyed when the new animations were added and the old sit was therefore useless.

Edit: O.o when you sit, it has the standard animation, until you finish, then your legs sorta just FLY open. >.> <.< hmmm...

Yeah its not perfect like the old sit Close though!

Oh and randomly... not sure if is in these animations or in another file (I jsut recently noticed) when you sit to rest MP you get another emote...

Wait, how did you get that emote? Is it a new one with the expansion, or is it part of the new sit?

uhh one the files I was playing with did it, figured out which one it is I think... O_o

and yes its a custom emote made through VRS
go bug the original NA VRS guy to get working on updated VRS so we can do this kinda stuff! :p

We didn't bother looking into the new version too seriously due to the fact that the author of the original software told us he would include english support in the next version, which would include translated lists, as well as translated components of the stuff we weren't able to find out where it was.

That, and the potential for abuse.

hmm well true, maybe someone will make a NA version of xoops instead of spamming the JP forums

I was thinking of making something like it but would seem kinda hard to do, I lookedup some xoops presetup stuff, maybe make it but was thinking of going along with the PHPBB type style for now still.

I have the old mithra sit, taken (apparently) from a fresh install of FFXI. It hasn't caused any issues with any other emotes that I've seen.

Thanks for posting the old sit animation, I prefer it to the updated one.^^

As for the laying down emote I personally think it looks terrible but I'm sure it is wanted for other reasons than aesthetic :p It was posted on Xoops this morning if anyone wants to download it, its a seperate emote animation than the ones in the OP.
