It's not so much a "package" as an unnecessary piece of armor she's wearing there. Obviously, this was taken off a male monster so unless they specifically tailor it for the females, it's going to look kinda manly on her. It should be flattened out and tightened at the crotch to make it more feminine.

Only thing Kam' about it is the head. The armor is all Odin/"Dark Rider" gear

the head was just another thing JP's ported from an NPC for Hume F, there's an entire Kam'whatever armor set floating around for Hume F. Most things made on that site are tailored to Hume F actually, and most of those mods are of an 'adult' nature in some way.

...I really wish this was for Hume M though ._.
