Anyway, all TAU and the last 2 COP BGWs were encoded in ATRAC3 format, which is rather unfriendly to modding and swapping. So I put this together:

    http://www.filefactory.com/?d43255

This links to a ZIP file containing all the TAU and the 2 COP BGWs in NON-ATRAC3 format as well as a short TXT file with brief instructions. Meaning they can be freely swapped and can be used with the WinAmp plugin. The only problem I've found so far is that the 'pitch' is off when used with WinAmp (this is a problem I've tried to fix but I cant get around what seems to be a proprietary bit-rate). They work flawlessly in game though.

Anyway, try swapping out the BGW for Arrapago Reef from the ZIP file (backup the original), that may fix your problem.

Sad thing is most of the conversions werent that good but thats to be expected of the difficulty of this kind of format.

The Zipped compilation has a few of the tracks slowed down (the CoP vocal track 900.bgw in particular turns the singer's Sopranino/Soprano voice into a husky Contralto - kinda cool actually) which lowers the pitch and candour of the peices to a rather noticable degree. However, it's a great set and I think everyone is happy to have access to this wonderful music - especially some of the previously unreleased CoP stuff.

Speaking of music, anyone have any idea why my MH, which I switched in the mithra character creation music to, never loop? It does in the mithra creation... but maybe that "room" resets so music automaticly reset there.

I don't think 146 is Besieged, I changed that one and it played the same music as it always did. Just guessed can replaced 4 others till I found it (although I repleaced all 4 at the same time so I'm not sure which one is the right one).

I've started to notice that with Besieged I think. If it lasts long enough - "crash". Could very well be memory leaking, and since it is the only time I hear that music I bet it is their crappy format. Maybe I should try and replace it.

Though I've yet to notice this in reef or any other place. Maybe it is the combination of memory leakage and tons of models to load.

Its not. 142 is the besieged theme. 146 atm is still unknown for what it is, but it might be another assault music or something.

I wanted to resurrect this post because that link provided no longer functions.
Has anyone else managed to convert the music from Treasures? All of the BCs are out now and I really, REALLY want to extract the music from the final part of the last BC fight. I really love that music.
