Graphics Converter 3 problem

hello there
i have trouble openning this program
it opens up like a picture and it opens up my cg program but theres no format there
any one knows if i need some thing to be able to use converter 3?
am I missing a file or theres something wrong

Did you download it from the link on Phabin's site?

(make sure to download the 5th one down on the page... not the first link that says GraphicsConverter.)

I got it from here and it works, no problems. Should be a gc3.exe, launches like a standard image viewer/editor.
