3dsm problems

i just got the 3dsm 7 and downloaded and installed the dds pacth althogh even with this i cant import modeles can some 1 help me ??

Do you get the option to select .DDS type files in the import file type box?

Also, are you making sure that you have opened the DDS file in meta first, then saving it before importing? If you don't do that it will cause 3DSM to crash.

And make sure you have the right version of the importer for your 3DSM. I found out that the version for 7 doesnt work with 5 ¬.¬
