please tell me what you think this is my first time moding a .dat and actually getting it to work. But im hoping that the work i did is good, well atleast for my first time. Also if you can give me some tips and hint for the next mod i do it will help me make better mod if you do.

something about the colors disturbs me, but for a first reskin, thats usually the case....

the colors are too dark.... don't get me wrong, it is good for a first try.... its just that the colors are too dark. i went through the same problem when i first started out.

ok so thats what is the big problem just the color being to dark, that i can fix next time nothing to dark but just dark enough thanks for the tip step

the thing is the saturation of it. if you look around FFXI colors in general you'll see that everything are toned down to help make them look natural If you go into photoshop menu
image > adjustment > hue & saturation
you'll see a slider for saturation. slide it around and you'll see what I'm talking about.

it's kinda subjective, everyone's taste are different. This is a tone I like myself ^^ same blue you got, just decrease saturation.

ok so more of a blend color looks better then a dark color

I think i got it now i did some updates will get some pics up soon to show you but have to wait to log out first before i can overwrite the dat file.

i like the lighter 1 the most tho iv always liked how it really looks lol but thats really nice keep it up
