Perih Vashai or Male mithra?

Hey is it possible for some one to make me a face for my mithra that resembels Perih Vashai the Windurst mithran Chieftaniess or a male mithra .dat?

You can have Perih Vashai's face but your wrists and ankles will dissapear... but if you don't mind that I know her face/head is running around these forums somewhere.
