Smaller model?

How would one go about making a model smaller? Like, way smaller?

I made all pet wyverns look like Bahamut, but now mine is so big all I get to see are his feet.

as far as anyone knows - you cant. It's been tried before you see. Best that works is a reskin of the wyvern with vrtra's (though you could use any mob's) colors. A little floating bahamut would look pretty cool though.
