EWH Model Viewer trouble

Hello,
I tried to use this modelviewer... I unzipped it correctly, but when I run the executable, it just brings up a message in Japanese. I click "Ok" and it goes away, but nothing happens. I can't even understand the error. Can someone help with this? and yes, I have my FF in "C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI".. ._.

what is different to this model viewer from the english one anyway?

the only reason i am trying it is to see if there is a difference.

oh there is an english version from the ewh modelviewer??? O.O maybe its because its japanese ... .__.
