Request: Face Runes

I have been trying to make face runes the style of Zilart architecture. However Im having trouble adding them to the skin of HF's. Been trying to make them a cracked light blue to the skin. If anyone can make these better than I can soon let me know.

Mabe if you could show everyone exactly what face you want it on they could do it for you.

I mainly use this but I would have to part the hair in the middle in order to see the crystal mark on her forhead, but I can do that part myself if it doesnt look good.
