challenge (ok so i just cant do it and want advice >.>)

i want to modify the Demon Helm into a piece that sits over the shoulder, like the shoulder pads of the scorpion harness.

Any idea how i could even attempt this? i basically want to shrink it to about 65% total size and mount in on my shoulder like the teeth from the igqira set (if i could fit the skull over the teeth, so that they looked like teeth from the helm, that would be sexualant >.>)

VRS would be your best bet. Haven't used it much at all, but I believe you can load up demon helm and the armor you want to attach it to and shring the helm. Next, reposition the helm on the shoulder, and move its data to the armor. Save the body. You might need to set skeleton weight though... There are guides for all of this on the VRS forums.

im wondering now about taking the teeth off the shoulder of the igqira body and attaching them to the upper jaw line of the demon helm >.>
