First off, before anyone questions this, I got PiNG's permission to do this back in late October. ^^ Second, I wasn't entirely sure where to post this, but since this is our mod forum, I figured this would be the best spot even though it doesn't deal directly with DAT files.
That being said, you might be wondering what this is exactly. Well, we all know that Jeuno will have a Christmas-like song playing during the Starlight Celebration. So I figured, why not extend the holiday joy to the other cities? That's when I came up with this idea. I made a replacement pack of Christmas music for the game. It doesn't cover all areas (it'd probably get really annoying if it did), but it does have music for the cities and a couple other locations. So, if you're interested in this little temporary mod I put together, download it. I highly suggest that you read the directions, though, I, nor will anyone else here, be held responsible if you accidentally copy over the original music.
The list of songs is as follows (Note: there are even a couple Christmas mixes of FF songs).

I had a really good one for San d'Oria, but there was a glitch in it, so I had to fall back on a second choice.
