I've been trying to convert the female hume "Bible Black" .dat to mithra, but i've been having problems since it's a different race. Can anyone offer any information on how to convert this .dat or lead me to someone who would know how to do this? I'd really appreciate any help I can. Thank you.

You can't "convert" the .dats from one race to another, but you can "port" them. Basically, porting is adapting a frame/texture to another race. If you're starting with a strictly texture mod on an existing frame, it's relatively easy to port, although sometimes small artistic changes need to be made (i.e. compensating for mithra/galka tails). Porting a new model is more difficult but not impossible.
I'm not familiar with the particular .dat you're working with, but if it's a simple texture port I'm sure any number of people here could manage it.Gia - Sandy Rank 10

Well, the legs, feets, and hands are relatively easy to port, but the body consists of 3 separate .dats: 1 of the upper body/arms, 1 of the skirt, and 1 of the cuffs. I'm not really sure how those 3 make 1 body .dat.

You may want to try the VRS community and ask them about it - that sounds like a VRS job to me. I only currently have a basic idea of how to port customs right now. Currently playing around with mithra rse to elvaan female for the purpose of porting another set of armor
