ok so i got Metasequoia and i tryed my hand at it ... took my black cloak and deleted the top of the arms off it .. went back .. and tryed to put it in model viewer ... looks like crap ... i came out with somthing that looks like this x.x



anyone please help me out ... what am i doing wrong / what do i have to do?

You cannot delete/add Vertex's in Meta and import back into MV. Meta does not update the MCD which contains information about the vertex's for importing back in. The only thing you can do with meta is UV Mapping, Scale, and moving.

The only possible way to add/delete is with VRS.

Same here...waiting for English Translated VRS.

NOW that I KNOW there's a program that let's you add 'gons, I'm not even gonna mess mith Meta anymore. Recoloring and reshaping only goes so far, anyway.

I'm still going to be playing around with Meta untill we can get VRS to get translated enough for a lamen like me to use.

Right now I am just going to take a slight break from modeling so I can get my IN game goals done. After that I'll conister myself having enough free time.

Well, there's this mod included in the DeviFoxx pack for Hume Females. Is it anything like what you were looking for? I'm sure you could alpha-out the crown...



Of course, it would still need to be converted to Mithras... not sure how to do that.

Okies... This is what Blessed wants... *Takes a deep breath* The shouders off like so... Darker Black... With a hood and mask over the face... On the hood she also wants ears.. And Crimson red lining on the inside of the cloak... LOL... Think you can do it?

Well, I don't have any experience with VRS... I could check it out over the weekend and see what I can do with it, or someone else can try to tackle it. But in the interest of getting even more info about what Blessed wants...

So, why did she remove the hood if she wants a hood? Is it a different type of hood she wants?

Any design type on the cloak? (Use an armor texture example, if one exists.)

Shoulders bare, any other modifications to the cloak?

When she removed the Mid arms on Meta.. It took the hood off as well for some reason... Dunno why... But I laughed real hard when I saw the above pic on her mithra... She wants the same hood... Bangles or Silver rings holding sleeve on mid arm... Same designs as the cloak now.. Only darker and she wants a face mask that covers her nose/mouth....
