'Dark' Paladin?

I was wondering wether it would be possible for anyone to accomplish this- making the Elvaan in full PLD AF look like its' Ark Angel counterpart... or something similar to it. Or, at least, making it so that they would appear a little 'darker', or... 'defiled' if you will- this can include anything from making the PLD AF black, to changing the characters' skin itself (to something ressembling an Ark Angel, like firstly suggested.)

Does anyone know of any existing .dats that will match this criteria... or is anyone willing to give this a shot? Thank you in advance. ^^

Making the renditions for the armor of say mithra to hume or elvaan male to be honest shouldent be so difficult.

I've found that for the most part, all the files besides perhaps the leg files are nearly identicle in skin layering.

Devilfoxx? Can we verify the actual differnce between body peice texture files between races? If we can determine the actuall differance, I can probley do most of the transferring myself, now that work has decided to start giving me 3-4 days off a week.

Its simple, the difference is in the UV mapping., the Texture layout of the files are all the same though

Don't mithras have a slighty different texture than others for the tail so it'll be brown instead of the color of the armor?

Whatever it is, it was the most horrible sight I'd ever had the displeasure of laying eyes upon... when I tried to put that Mithra PLD .dat onto my Elvaan, that is. *shudder*

Don't mithras have a slighty different texture than others for the tail so it'll be brown instead of the color of the armor?

The textures are slightly differant, but it's nothing anyone with decent photoshop abilities can't fix. That is to say that the changed section is even used in the texture mapping.

Aye.

It shouldn't be that hard.

Another way you could possibly try and "tackle" it is recolor the Gallant Gear that's in
my .DAT set.

In the last two updates. I recieved two (or more) Evil Paladin mods for Elvaan Male.

There's the "Anti-Paladin" (Lightbringer Set) and Claudhert converted the Dark Paladin set
that was for Mithra into Hume Male, Female, Elvaan Male, & Female.

Getting the Elvaan Ark Angel's shield for the "full effect" won't be that difficult either.

There's about two or three "Giant Shield" DATs in the collection too. One of them is
bundled with an outfit in the Adult +18 Section for Hume Female. The "Sexy Angel Paladin AF"
thing, or whatever it was that I had named it.

But yeah, there isn't much of a difference, so there's not a whole lot you'd need to change.

Sadly the shield is the Mithra version so while it looks ok there are some weird glitches in certain animations.

Edit: Someone converted the armor I posted at the top into an Elvaan M version.
It's in that great .dat compillation. ^_^

The version I got features the shield from the dat collection. big Kudos to anyone who actually makes a bona fide Elvaan version.

I edited in some AA eyes myself, but for some reason this has affected the hairline transparency, I now have a solid grey fringe for no apparent reason o.O Can anyone shed any light on this?

No idea what you're talking about, but those eyes are sexy. Make sure to make 'em public >>;;;;;!

That's easy enough to do, and the edit itself only takes a couple minutes so I can theoretically do em to any head/race. I'd rather fix the hair thing first though.

Your Alpha channel didn't save corrently it looks like..
when you convert it to .dds did you use My Encode Engine?

If not zip up the files and I'll see if I can get them to work right.
