Sephiroth had to of been one of their goofiest/worth planned villians in my opinion - yeah he did look cool .. but in the game his reasons for being evil left more to be desired.

Now Kefka on the other hand - that's a messed up villian someone could be proud of!

Actually that's Kuja. Kefka is god.

Anyways...Sephiroth wears a long trench coat. Depending on how VRS works you, you could take the body piece that Gilgamesh wears and modify the chest a little and lengthen the bottom of it. It would come fairly close, but this is from what I remember.
