you dont open the .dat . . . you open the bmp texture. If you need Model Viewerc to extract the files that are compiled into .dat.Comment

Well, the actual texture you need to edit is the .dds, which the model viewer does output. (Look in C:/Program Files/Model Viewer/Model/) You need photoshop or a graphic converter utility to make it something else to edit it though. Maybe fireworks or whatever was mentioned earlier too, I'm not sure.Comment
