Missing models?

Ok so i've got the latest pack from foyle, and it just occured to me that the viewer doesnt show all models. IE marauder's knife and other things. However it has knives that use the same model...if that makes sense. So...if i were to replace that knife, would it affect all others that use the same type of model? I really wanna change the models on some of the knives/daggers. Can't find archer's either.

Would anyone happen to know where i could actually find those missing models in the viewer?

Yes. At present time weapons that use the same model cannot be changed in a single instance. In theory (my theory), the way to fix this would be to change the pointer on the original file. I'm not sure how this might be done, however.
