Okay so I am not sure if i post this here or in the cooking forum, but i'll ask you guys first! I am fishing and catching things that I can use as bait but I don't know how to turn moat carp into sliced carp for example. Anyone know if it can be done?

slice carp is a cooking recipe. Wind crystal + moat/forrest carp. skill cap at 17.

Seriously, don't cook the carps lol. sell them on auction house. moat carp is a serious money maker. May not sell right away, but when some buyer come along they'll wipe the auction house clean.

There are a couple popular fish > bait that are still in use today. Most popular is the bluetail. wind crystal + bluetail > slice bluetail. And then you use the slice bluetail to catch bafhel marlins.
Bafhel marlin is really hot. People are catching them like mad for the fishing charts.

Other than this tho I usually don't turn my fish into bait that often. I use mainly lure to fish, and either cook the fish into better food or sell on auction.
