Is my chocobo a colored one?

It just became an adolescent and it has a slightly blue tinge to it's tail and head feathers. Is this normal, or does it mean it's going to be a colored one

The blue is very slight, like a whitish blue.

Screenshots would help, but yeah there is a chance it might be. It's entirely random as far as I can tell, but even if it's not a colored bird there are dyes you can purchase to paint your chocobo the color you want.

Most likely it will be blue, but there's a small chance it'll still be yellow once it turns into an adult. As long as it's not completely white, you'll know there's a 70% chance it'll be colored.

95% of statistics are made up though so, don't take my word for it. Let's just say 50% then.

Either it will be colored, or it won't be colored. %50 odds, just like everything else in life.
