Questions about Auto-retirement after 129 days!!

i dont know what to do

anyway this is what happend to me , after 129 day i was forced to retire my choco,
i didnt know anything about this Auto-retirement after 129 day , and i got

VCS registration card and Black VCS plaque ( my Choco was black )

but the problem that i didnt finish my chocobo whistle Quest, but i did start
the quest but still cant find the item and now Auto-retirement...


so is there any way to get the whistle ? i hope someone can help me

Hopefully, SE has taken this type of predicament into consideration.
Try raising a new chocobo and see if you get the Choco Whistle quest again.

btw, Congrats on getting a Black Chocobo!
