    Re: Quiting

Yes you will have to go through all the cutscenes for that 2 months. But most folks have found that their chocobo didn't like them and they had no significant stat increases. Some people (not all) have had thier run away and return a few days later.

You might consider retiring your chocobo at this point and either starting over or not doing another one if you plan to quit again.

      Re: Quiting

I had to go through 100days of cutscenes, took like 2hours. Then! the bastard had run away and stay away for like a week before I finally got to retire him. Not worth it unless you want to raise another choco. Ive got a much cared for and loved Blue choco now so worth it in the end.

Understand the money is tight thing. I would suggest you go through the CS's and then retire the bird if it hasn't run away.

They changed this slightly in the last update. If there is no change in your chocobo's status, those days will be compressed into a single cutscene.

That's true. I was without internet for about a week, and the trainer would show me days 27-30 all at once (or whatever, lol).

This happened to a friend of mine, his credit card was maxed out and he had to leave his chocobo for a while, he was wondering what would happen also so I'll be able to let him know.

okay good, didn't realize they changed that with the last update, I have been lucky and never missed more than a day or two max since starting to raise chocobos.

My friend left his chick for like two months and came back to a happy black adult (lucky $#%@) so don't assume the worst.

I put an egg in to raise and forgot about it, set my hp in Jeuno and didn't return to Sandy for anything. I forgot all about putting an egg in there, so when I got another egg and went to put it in to raise I had to got through all the cs from the time he hatched till he was forced to retire, that was an hour or so of cs. He didn't run away just hated me. I'm now on day 28 with my new chick and doing good.

It sucked. I just sat there half asleep and hit the button to carryon every few seconds. I didn't even want to go lvl after I finished with the cs. So I put my new choco in and logged.
